观山悦小区 食合源 油烟 污水扰民

我们观山悦小区车道口开了一家餐馆 每天道吃饭的时候我们住在楼上的简直无法忍受油烟熏天，他家海把排烟管道放置在小区公共绿化带上，绿化带的树都被熏死了，他家厨房没有做防水，他家楼下地下室已经一片汪洋，雨水天小区排污管堵塞一疏通全部都是他家拍出来的油污 。我们业主也多次找物管公司及房地产公司协调过，物管也向相关部门反映过一直没反映，前久业主委员会也向政府反映了听说又交给综合执法局，他们也没有办法处理，听小区的人说 这家餐馆是以前哪位省领导的侄儿子在腾冲做地产开发 所以没人敢来管，他家开餐馆是说做员工食堂后来慢慢的就做成餐馆了，这几天腾冲创文大家一进来检查几乎一半问题是由这家餐馆引起的，希望政府帮忙解决一下，我们住在他家楼上的住户真的无法忍受了
